SECTION A

1. How Do I Enrol?

You can Enrol online by clicking here

Once you Enrol, our Admissions Team will reach out to you to fill in the Booking Form.

Upon receiving your completed Booking Form, we will revert to you on confirmation of the Booking.

If you are acting on behalf of an organization with regard to In-House Training or intending to drawdown on the HRDF Fund, please see Section B below.

2. What is the payment method?

Please pay us via online transfer to our Bank Account as follows:

3. When do I need to make payment?

Upon us sending you the Booking Confirmation, you are required to pay us 20% of the Mobius Training Course Fee on the same day or latest 1 business day later.

The balance 80% must be paid to us no later than 48 hours before the scheduled training time.

If you are acting on behalf of an organization with regard to In-House Training or intending to drawdown on the HRDF Fund, please see Section B below.

4. What if I cannot attend the Mobius Training Course?

For Public Training, our Refunds policy is as follows:

(a) if we receive your cancellation notice at least 7 days before the start date of the Mobius Training Course, we will give you a full refund of the Course Fee (up to the amount you have paid us);

(b) if we receive your cancellation notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of the Mobius Training Course, Your Deposit will be forfeited and if we have received the full Course Fee from you, we will refund the Course Fee (less the Deposit);

(b) if we receive your cancellation notice less than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the Mobius Training Course, Your Deposit and the Course Fee will be forfeited. Any cancellation notices must be received by Us in writing by email to training@mobiusgroup.co

If you are acting on behalf of an organization with regard to In-House Training, please see Section B below.

SECTION B – IN-HOUSE COURSES FOR ORGANIZATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS INTENDING TO DRAWDOWN ON THE HRDF FUND

1. How do I make a Booking?

Please contact us at training@mobiusgroup.co or call us at +60378901975. Our representatives will reach out to you with a Booking Form and more details including whether your organization is intending to drawdown on the HRDF Fund and the process.

2. What is the payment method?

You can pay us via online transfer to our Bank Account as follows:

However if your organization is intending to drawdown on HRDF Fund, a different process will apply
